Our Approach

Although we are litigators, we know that litigation can be costly to a business even in the best of outcomes, and so our approach is to provide comprehensive legal advice and counsel that helps your business grow while avoiding and preventing the types of issues that stall deals, hinder growth, and alienate investors, customers, and employees.

However, should an issue require litigation, our team is up to the challenge of defending your rights, no matter we it takes. Our attorneys draw upon over thirty years of complex litigation experience in large law firms, including acting as lead defense counsel in federal and state securities class actions, securities and antitrust investigations, complex civil and business litigation, and pre-and post-merger disputes.
